Accounting Department
Position Summary
As an Accounting Associate, you will utilize your skill set to help solve simple and complex problems of businesses across the St. Louis region. You will be given the proper training and facilitation to succeed in your endeavors.
Responsibilities
In the Accounting Department, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing financial statements and other financial reports
- Develop a rapport with clients and serve as their primary accounting source
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of general ledger activity
- Maintain client accounting records primarily through QuickBooks and other software’s
- Contribute thoughts and ideas as a valued member of the accounting team
Skills & Qualifications
Preferred skills & qualifications may include the following:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
- Minimum of two years’ experience
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and anticipate management needs
- Detail oriented, strong work ethic, and team player
- Must be able to work a minimum of five (5) Saturdays between January 15 – April 15

vital role in maintaining and managing services for various small businesses across the St. Louis area. Your ability to build
a strong relationship with your clients is something that will be valued and is the key to success in this position. The
selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of payroll operations, ensuring accurate and
timely payment to all payroll clients. Training will be provided to master our payroll systems, offering valuable skills that

Responsibilities
- Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validating confirmation reports

- Assist with bank reconciliation and reviewing general ledger accounts.
- Help in the preparation of financial statements. Engage in various projects that involve using Excel databases, mapping/importing/exporting financial data.
- Research GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to support accounting functions.
- Cut vendor checks and ensure accurate financial record keeping.
- Assist the Payroll and Tax departments with various projects.
